Meet Dr. Bob Johnson

Dr Bob Johnson is a naturopathic doctor, holistic dentist and craniosacral therapist, who has been resolving health problems for over 35 years. He is a natural leader and educator in the field of naturopathic/functional medicine and dental health, with over 400 online videos and posts. He is also the author of “Skyrocket Your Bottom Line,” which outlines corporate wellness programs focused on raising the bottom line revenue of companies or organizations.

His passion for helping people began at a young age as he observed his father, who was an OB/GYN, improve women’s health and deliver babies. However, he saw how conventional medical methods used by his father frequently did not address the underlying cause of patients’ health challenges. So, Dr Bob made it his mission in life to study with leading holistic researchers and practitioners in Europe, Asia and the US, who integrate cutting edge natural methods with other therapies to identify and address the root cause of illness instead of managing symptoms.

Autonomic Response Testing (ART), is a highly sensitive and accurate form of bio-feedback testing (using Applied Kinesiology or “muscle testing”) developed by Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD.  It helps Dr Bob identify the stressed condition of your Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) called ‘blocked regulation,’ which refers to the inability of your ANS to self-regulate and is commonly caused by 8 factors: undiagnosed food allergies, heavy metal toxicity, chemical toxicity, chronic unresolved infections, scars, temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, unresolved psycho-emotional stress and electromagnetic stress from cell phones/laptops/microwaves.  ART utilizes techniques from many disciplines, including Applied Kinesiology and biophotonic physics, and is carried out by noting changes in muscle strength while an organ, gland, substance or function is being tested.

In addition to supporting individuals and corporate wellness programs, Dr. Bob’s other passion is to support athletes so they can improve performance, endurance and recovery. He keeps himself healthy with daily workouts and a healthy lifestyle.  He was an elite marathon runner who was ranked 35th in the US Olympic trials in the 1980’s and has run two Iron Man Triathlons. This experience gave Dr Bob unique insight into challenges faced by athletes and how to help them reach their health and fitness goals.

Dr Bob earned degrees from Boston University (BS), Capital University of Integrative Medicine (ND & Integrative Medicine) and the University of Pennsylvania Dental School (DMD).  

Meet Julianne O’Dwyer

Julianne is an avid hiker, skier & athlete who successfully recovered from a catastrophic health crash – tick-borne illness, mercury amalgam poisoning, hormone & thyroid imbalance, chronic fatigue, candida, digestive, sinusitis and mold issues, along with debilitating back & shoulder issues resulting from car accidents and sports injuries. Her drive to resume athletic pursuits motivated her through trial and error to investigate many natural health care approaches and supplements. Finally, Julianne regained her health and fitness taking a natural approach.

As a result of her triumphant return back to health and fitness, Julianne left her corporate telecom career to help people, especially athletes, overcome their own health challenges. She moved from Colorado back to Virginia. As a Health Coach at National Integrated Health Associates, a leading integrative medical and holistic dental clinic in Washington, DC, Julianne worked with clients to support their bodies with lifestyle changes, including nutrition, supplementation, hydration with alkaline water from ionizer unit, cellular rebuilding with REDOX technology and detoxification techniques. Now, Julianne is an independent Health Coach who helps people overcome health and fitness challenges taking a natural approach.

Julianne fulfilled a life-long dream of trekking in Nepal and has partnered with a Nepalese trekking and touring company to take adventurers to Nepal once travel restrictions are lifted.

She earned a BA from the University of Vermont & an international MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management/Arizona State University. As an international consultant, Julianne lived and worked in Geneva, Eastern Europe and Moscow.
